Operator and contact
AabhaAI Academy is operated by Anand Pai V, an individual, in Bangalore. Contact aabhaaiacademy@gmail.com for service, privacy or grievance questions.
Accounts and free learning
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. Registration requires an email address, password, an 18-plus confirmation, acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement of our Privacy Notice. We do not ask for a date of birth. Verify your email before signing in. Reading the public FastAPI course is free and does not require an account or a passed assessment. Account creation is optional and saves your reading progress.
Check each course page for availability. Planned courses are not available courses. Certificates are disabled. Any future paid offer will show its price and purchase terms before you buy. You provide your device and internet connection; third-party software, hosting and APIs have their own terms and may charge you.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. We send verification, password-reset and essential service messages. An unverified registration expires after seven days. After 24 months without account activity, we send 30 days’ notice before closing the account unless you sign in.
Responsible use and your work
Use the Academy lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate people, access their accounts, bypass security, disrupt the service, upload malware or submit material you have no right to use. Use fictional or anonymised examples; do not submit confidential work, identity documents, passwords, payment details, API keys or other people’s personal information.
You retain your rights in your work. You allow us to store and show it back to you as needed for learning features and support described in the Privacy Notice. This does not authorise promotional publication. Current public reading progress does not use an external AI grading service. If a new feature introduces an external recipient, we will explain it before you use the feature.
Materials and educational limits
Materials belong to their respective owners. Unless a separate licence says otherwise, use Academy materials for personal learning and keep copies where downloads are offered. Do not resell, republish or claim them as your own without permission. Third-party licences still apply.
Content may contain mistakes or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. Test example code safely before using it on real systems. Lessons are educational and do not guarantee employment, a qualification, a certificate or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or suitability for your purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leaving and concerns
You can export your account data and request deletion from your profile using your current password. We remove eligible live account and learning data within 30 days after verification. Limited records and copies in other systems follow the Privacy Notice. You can cancel before processing begins. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for misuse, security or a legal requirement, and explain the reason and allow queries where lawful and practicable.
Updated terms show their effective date. We will bring material changes to account holders’ attention and seek acceptance where required. Contact us first with concerns. Applicable mandatory consumer and other rights remain unaffected.
