What this module established

A crew can produce a wrong answer with every agent behaving correctly: an error early, faithfully carried forward, and approved by a reviewer that checked consistency rather than truth. Give checking agents the source and a rule that approves nothing the source does not state.

Carry forward

• A loop with no ceiling costs whatever the provider will serve before someone notices - think about Friday evening.
• A high tool-invention rate means the agent's goal exceeds its tools, not that the model needs a better prompt.
• Set ceilings on tokens, money and time, check after every step, and size them from the worst legitimate run.

Before moving on

Move on when a deliberately planted wrong fact is caught by a source-based reviewer, and your last failure report ended in a test that is now in the suite.
