Module 12 Summary

What this module established

Seven sections, none optional. A reader deciding reads Question and Result; a reviewer reads Method and Limitations. The two most often dropped are Uncertainty and Limitations, and they are what makes it an analysis rather than an argument.

Carry forward

• The analysis lives in sourced scripts and the report cites their objects through inline expressions. Nothing in the prose is typed.
• The table, the test and the chart must describe the same comparison. The chart's job is to show the overlap the difference hides.
• There are four verdicts, not two. An interval containing both zero and your practical threshold means inconclusive — a request for more data.
• Reproducibility is tested, not asserted: delete the outputs, restart R, run everything, compare.

You are done when a colleague can clone the folder, run one command, and reproduce every number in your report.
