What this module established

Sorting is the analysis for 'which is largest'. Arrival order is not neutral - it is alphabetical or database order, and both obstruct the comparison the chart exists for.

Carry forward

• Use a slope chart when the change is the finding. Grouped bars make the reader compute the change; a slope chart draws it.
• Dot plots suit many categories or two values each; bars suit few categories where magnitude from zero is the point.
• Publish the value alongside the rank. Ranks compress every gap to the same step, including gaps that are rounding error.
