What this module established

Scope by what the assistant supports and what it must never do, and enforce every prohibition by not building the capability. A must_never that depends on the model complying is not enforced.

Carry forward

• Instrument successes, not only failures. The request that most needs investigating usually completed and produced something wrong.
• Force the refusal branch with a parameter rather than a carefully chosen question - the corpus and the threshold both change.
• Boundary checks must be exactly true rather than high. A single violation blocks release regardless of every other number.

Before moving on

You have finished when no code path can set the forbidden flag, the offline suite passes with no key, and your report ends in a verdict someone else could act on.
