Introduction to Agentic AI and Workflow Automation

Module 06 Activity

Scenario

The agent is about to do something that cannot be undone. This is the control that makes that defensible.

What you produce

A review design: gate placement, a review card, a structured rejection form, and the two numbers that will tell you when approvals have gone reflexive.

Steps

  1. Lay the steps out in order and mark the first irreversible one. Place the gate immediately before it, and justify any gate not placed there.
  2. Design the review card with all six fields from Unit 01, including what happens if the reviewer does nothing.
  3. Decide what stays off the card and goes into the record instead, and say why the agent's reasoning is on that list.
  4. Design the rejection form with three fields, and write a worked example of a rejection and the corrected attempt that should follow it.
  5. Decide how you will measure edit rate and time on screen, and what value of each would tell you the gate has stopped working.
  6. Design the approval record: who, when, what they changed, and what evidence they were shown.
