Activity: Write a Responsible-Use Memo

Goal

Produce the main Module 09 evidence: Responsible-use memo with subgroup checks, limitation statements, human-review rule, monitoring signals, and stop condition.

Inputs

Instructions

  1. Split the evaluation by at least one group defined before you look at results.
  2. Report accuracy and positive rate for each group.
  3. Record how many rows each group contributes.
  4. State whether any group is too small for its metric to be stable.
  5. Describe one decision this model must not be used to make, and why.
  6. Write two limitations naming who is under-represented.

Quality checklist

  • [ ] Slices were defined before the results were examined.
  • [ ] Both accuracy and positive rate are reported per group.
  • [ ] Group sizes are stated alongside the metrics.
  • [ ] At least one out-of-scope use is named specifically.
  • [ ] The under-represented group is identified by name.

Submission format

Submit the notebook output or worksheet table plus a 4-6 sentence explanation.
