What this module established

Define what good means before you generate. Judging output by feeling afterwards produces inconsistent standards and makes it hard to reject anything.

Carry forward

• Start with the job, not the tool. The tool is the last decision, not the first.
• Three to six checkable criteria are enough. Twenty compete with each other and get silently dropped.
• Naming what would make an answer unusable is as useful as naming what would make it good.

Before moving on

Move on when you can write criteria a colleague could score an output against without asking you what you meant.
