What this module established

Review is a workflow step with an owner, an output and a time budget — not what happens if there is time left. The effort should match the consequence, and the reviewer should not be the person who wrote the prompt.

Carry forward

• Five separate questions — accuracy, evidence, tone, completeness, usefulness — fail independently. Completeness is the hardest because it asks about what is absent.
• Check the assumptions rather than re-deriving the conclusion, and rank them by how much the answer would change if they were wrong.
• Three levels of score, not five. The middle of a five-point scale carries no information.
• Review ends in one of five decisions. Rejecting is legitimate, and a team that never rejects is approving rather than reviewing.

Move on when you can score an output in under five minutes and say which of the five decisions it earned.
