Module 11 Summary
Module ID: PAW-M11
What this module established
AI-assisted work fails in a small number of recognisable ways, and the expensive failures are the quiet ones: a plausible figure, a smoothed caveat, a reasonable-sounding cause that passes review unless review is looking for it.
Carry forward
- Invention, missing context and false confidence look identical and need different fixes. Ask whether the answer could have been right for someone.
- Bias shows up small and cumulative. The swap test is the quickest check and catches the most.
- A privacy gate is a step with a decision, not advice. Deciding categories in advance makes it a lookup rather than a judgement under pressure.
- Stop conditions are written before you start, and each needs a route. A gate without a route is an obstacle and gets ignored.
Before moving on
Move on when your riskiest workflow has three gates that have been walked through with a real case.
