AI FOR EVERYDAY WORK AND PROMPTING Aabha AI Academy · Codeless AI Course guide Learn to turn a clear brief and safe source material into useful, checked workplace outputs. The course uses ordinary text chat, a text editor, an ordinary browser and a calculator. It requires no programming, paid subscription, connected app or automation platform. Start with Module 1 and progress through the sequence. Later tasks use skills taught earlier. Each module includes teaching, examples, practice and answers to inspect after your attempt. Keep your prompts, outputs and review notes as you work. All practice inputs are fictional. Each labelled source pack is a separate snapshot; never combine its facts with a different exercise or earlier run. Names, roles and dates belong to the specified pack. No exercise authorises real sending, publishing, spending or sharing of workplace information. Planned learning time is 12 hours across eight modules. This is a provisional estimate, not a measured completion promise. Breaks, tool waiting, setup and additional revision are outside that budget. 1. Choose a useful and safe task — 60 minutes Choose bounded work, protect the input and check a short response. File: module-1-choose-a-useful-and-safe-task.txt Diagram: module-1-task-decision.svg Keep: your task decision sheet and checked three-bullet output. 2. Give AI a clear brief — 75 minutes Specify the task, audience, source, constraints, format and checks; revise one thing at a time. File: module-2-give-ai-a-clear-brief.txt Diagram: module-2-brief-anatomy.svg Keep: two briefs, their responses and an honest comparison note. 3. Work from supplied documents — 90 minutes Summarise, extract and rewrite while preserving conditions, exceptions and scoped amendments. File: module-3-work-from-supplied-documents.txt Diagram: module-3-source-to-output.svg Keep: your summary, five-field extraction and source references. 4. Check claims and evidence — 105 minutes Inspect exact claims, original sources, dates, quantities and unresolved contradictions. File: module-4-check-claims-and-evidence.txt Diagram: module-4-claim-audit.svg Keep: your claim-verification log and corrections. 5. Create useful workplace writing — 90 minutes Adapt checked facts for different readers without adding promises or hiding uncertainty. File: module-5-create-useful-workplace-writing.txt Diagram: module-5-one-fact-set-three-drafts.svg Keep: checked internal and email drafts with source references. 6. Organise actions and simple data — 90 minutes Extract actions, reconcile a small register and calculate a supported completion result. File: module-6-organise-actions-and-simple-data.txt Diagram: module-6-notes-to-reproducible-count.svg Keep: your reconciled action list and calculation note. 7. Build a repeatable manual workflow — 90 minutes Save a procedure, define stop conditions and test it with two source snapshots. File: module-7-build-a-repeatable-manual-workflow.txt Diagram: module-7-manual-workflow.svg Keep: the procedure and both run records. 8. Complete and review the capstone — 120 minutes Produce two reviewed update bundles and assess them using the course rubric. File: module-8-complete-and-review-the-capstone.txt Diagram: module-8-evidence-map.svg Inputs: module-8-source-pack-a.txt and module-8-source-pack-b.txt Keep: both full bundles, verification logs, run records, procedure, self-score and reflection. Practice and completion Modules 1 to 7 are formative: identify gaps, correct them and retain the evidence. Module 8 is a summative self-assessment. Its proposed pass standard is at least 80 out of 100 plus every mandatory privacy, accuracy, uncertainty and two-run review gate. A high score cannot compensate for a failed gate. If live chat is unavailable, use the documented offline route and label it honestly. Do not claim a live prompt test or two-run practical completion that you did not perform. The supplied model responses are illustrative reference material. Each diagram also has an equivalent explanation in its module, so the lessons remain usable as plain text. The full-course ZIP keeps the modules separate and includes all eight diagrams and both capstone input packs.
