Self-review against every rubric row. Mark evidence showing where each criterion is met. Do not award yourself completion; the rubric guides review and revision.

Confirm that no real sensitive information is present, all material claims have verification methods, human authority precedes consequential use, and the test log shows a targeted revision.

State the intended-use limit and remaining uncertainty clearly.
