Course reading
Basic JavaScript
Add browser interactions to Harbor Together: filtering, safe rendering, a synthetic-only practice form, fixture loading and saved event IDs. No backend, real registration or sending service is built.
Preparation: HTML/CSS Foundations or equivalent: create a heading, a labelled input and a button, and explain an element and a selector.
Read all 10 modules as a guest. Begin with the first module and follow the sequence; you can return to any chapter when you need it. An optional account saves your place and reading marks. Practice rubrics are for self-review; they do not unlock reading or award a certificate.
Planning estimate: 19–21 hours including the capstone; provisional. Timing and learner outcomes have not been piloted.

Reading progress
10 lessons remain open to guests. Marking a lesson read records reading only; it does not award assessment credit or a certificate.
Device reading marks require browser storage. Reading is always available.
Your earlier place on this device suggests these lessons. No new lesson is marked read.
