Turn messy notes into sections

The main idea

AI can group notes, but you must check whether the groups make sense.

Grouping is a judgement about what belongs together, and a plausible grouping is not always the right one for your reader.

Why this matters

Grouping also quietly changes emphasis. An item moved into a section headed "risks" reads as a risk, whatever it was in your notes.

Safe example

Mixed notes become background, decision, action, risk, and next step.

Five sections. Two notes do not fit any of them, which is the interesting part.

Better working habit

Ask the tool to preserve uncertain items separately.

A "does not fit" or "unclear" bucket stops ambiguous notes being filed confidently under a heading they do not belong to.

What to watch for

Do not let grouping change the meaning of notes.

Check each grouped item against your original wording. A note that was a question should not have become a statement.
