Structure review happens before design polish.
Fixing the order costs minutes at the outline stage and hours once the thing is formatted.
Why this matters
Repetition and gaps are much easier to see in a bare outline than in a designed document, where spacing and headings make everything look deliberate.
Safe example
Two sections repeat the same claim while one important risk is missing.
Both problems are obvious in a five-line outline and nearly invisible in a formatted draft.
Better working habit
Ask for a flow review and missing-evidence list.
Two separate questions: does the order make sense, and what is asserted without support.
What to watch for
Do not use design polish to hide weak logic.
A well-formatted document with a gap in the middle reads as authoritative, which makes the gap more dangerous rather than less.
