Purpose

Complete and document one safe everyday AI workflow from task choice to final decision.

Use safe, fictional or public material throughout. Nothing in this activity requires a real name, account, record or figure.

Activity Steps

Part 1: Choose a safe task.

Frequent, low-risk, with a real reader, and small enough to review in full.

Part 2: Write the prompt brief.

All six parts filled, including the review criteria. Someone else should be able to predict the output from it.

Part 3: Create or simulate an AI-assisted output.

Keep this first version exactly as produced. It is the evidence that a review happened.

Part 4: Improve the output with a follow-up or manual edit.

Note which follow-up caused which change. Keep both versions.

Part 5: Complete review, privacy, and fact-check notes.

Mark claims to verify, tone changes, privacy near-misses, and assumptions — then resolve every mark.

Part 6: Write the final decision and stop conditions.

Say what you kept, changed, verified and rejected. Include at least one rejection, and say when this workflow should not be reused.

What good looks like

A strong response shows a review trail, not only a final output, and ends with a decision that has a name against it.
