The main idea
The first output is not the final output.
It is a draft produced from an imperfect brief. Treating it as a result is how the whole review habit collapses at the last step.
Why this matters
Keeping both versions is what lets you see whether the improvement was real. Without the first, the second is just what you have.
Safe example
A draft is improved after asking for assumptions and missing context.
Two follow-ups, and the assumptions turn out to include one you would not have made.
Better working habit
Save the first output and the improvement step.
Both, in the capstone package. They are the evidence that a review happened.
What to watch for
Do not erase the review trail.
Overwriting the first version removes the only proof that you did anything other than accept what you were given.
