The main idea
The capstone must show review evidence.
Evidence means marks on a page: claims flagged, changes noted, decisions recorded. Saying it was reviewed is not evidence.
Why this matters
This is also the part that makes the capstone useful afterwards. The review notes are what you reuse; the output is specific to one occasion.

What to watch for
Do not call the work complete without checking facts and boundaries.
